The good news is that employees are ready. At least half of the Deloitte study participants believe they must learn to use generative AI programs. The transition isn’t just about technology; it’s about mindset. The workforce is shifting from fearing the machine to mastering it. Whether companies provide the necessary support remains the critical variable. The tools are here. The question is whether the people using them will be empowered to lead, or left behind.

Retraining as a safety net for displaced workers
